The coronavirus pandemic is here in India and we are dealing with a lot of issues. It is also the holy month of Ramazan. With congregrations being banned all over, people are being advised to pray from their homes. Hina Khan gave us a glimpse into her small Iftaar party. We could see a table decorated with an antique lamp. A tea light was burning inside it. The table had food laden. We could see fruits, falooda, kebabs and dates. Though a small affair, Hina Khan's Iftaar party was every bit a tasteful affair. With people suffering all over the globe, celebrations have been muted.
Celebs also reacted to Hina Khan's post. Arjun Bijlani told Hina Khan to send over some stuff to his place. Iqbal Khan also made a comment in Kashmiri and Hina Khan replied back. People felt happy seeing them converse in their mother tongue. Hina Khan's short film Smart Phone released recently. She was paired with Kunaal Roy Kapur and Akshay Oberoi. It was her first foray into that space. Talking about the project, Hina Khan told BollywoodLife, "Working on the typical desi accent that my character had to have was a major effort. Getting the tone right as well as the pronunciations for the words took some time. You know, just ensuring that it fit in well with my character was definitely a challenge. But the project was something I really enjoyed experimenting working on."
She also spoke about working with Kunaal Roy Kapur. She said, "Working with Kunaal was a great experience. He is an extremely talented actor and a lovely human being. We had some good times on the sets, and coming from different mediums altogether, there was so much that we both professionally learn from each other."
