Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 actor Parth Samthaan recently bought his first house in Mumbai a few months ago. The actor gifted his new house to his parents and completed his 2019's new year resolution. Well, a party from Parth's side was much awaited. The actor hosted a housewarming party yesterday. His co-stars from Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 Hina Khan, Sahil Anand, Shubhaavi Choksey Ariah Dey, and Uday Tikekar marked their presence. Parth Samthaan and Sahil Anand shared a few pictures and videos from the celebration on Instagram. In one of the videos, Parth is seen thanking all his friends who have attended his house warming party. He is also seen popping up a champagne bottle. The actors had partied all night and these pictures from the party prove that they share a strong bond together. However, there was one important person missing in the party. It was Erica Fernandes aka Prerna who was not seen at Parth Samthaan's house warming party. As per the reports, all is not well between Parth and Erica and her absence from the party will sure set more tongues wagging.
