Aditya Narayan, who is currently hosting Indian Idol 12, was missing from the last weekend episode of the show called India Ki Farmaish. Comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa filled in his space taking over his hosting duties. Aditya's absence had raised many eyeballs. The singer has finally opened on why Bharti and Haarsh replaced him on the show last weekend. Sharing the update on Instagram, Aditya revealed that he recently suffered gastrocnemius tear in his right calf which he cited the reason behind his absence on Indian Idol 12. He thanked Bharti and Haarsh for taking over the stage adding that he is back on the show this week. "Hey! Unfortunately I was out of action due to a gastrocnemius tear in my right calf. My sincere gratitude to friends like family @bharti.laughterqueen @haarshlimbachiyaa30 for taking over the coveted #IndianIdol stage. Thoroughly enjoyed watching the two episodes. Meanwhile, it has been reported that Aditya and his wife Shweta Agarwal have been approached to participate on Nach Baliye 10. The couple got married in Mumbai on December 1, 2020 in presence of their family and friends. Earlier, it was reported that Karan Johar's Dharma Productions who will produce Nach Baliye 10 this year. And celebrities such as Bipasha Basu, David Dhawan, and Vaibhavi Merchant have been approached to be the judges of this season. There were reports that Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain actress Shubhangi Atre aka Angoori Bhabhi and her husband Peeyush Poorey were also approached to be a part of season 10.
