Adnan Khan and Eisha Singh play the lead couple on Zee TV show Ishq Subhan Allah. Seen as Kabeer and Zara, respectively, on the television serial, the actors’ onscreen chemistry led to speculations of them dating in real life. Time and again, rumour mills have churned out assumptions that Adnan and Eisha found love off-screen and are very much together. However, both the stars have denied being in a relationship in their recent interviews. Adnan, in an interview given to an entertainment news portal, stated that he is good friends with the Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani star. He expressed his disappointment over people who are spreading untrue stories of him dating his co-star. “I guess some people on set are spreading such false news to gain mileage. We are good friends. Just because our chemistry is working does not mean that we are dating. In a way, they are discrediting our efforts as actors,” he told the portal. Earlier this month, Eisha too had refuted rumours of their linkup in a report by a television news portal. Terming the speculations as baseless, Eisha told the portal, “It is very upsetting to read the news on link-ups and that too without your consent. Before publishing the news, nobody reached out to me or Adnan. Just because we are paired on-screen doesn’t mean I am dating him. Adnan and I share lot of similarities, and that is why we bond well. Such news makes things awkward between us.
