We have seen a lot of replacements happening in Ekta Kapoor's Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. Earlier, Hina Khan was replaced by Aamna Sharif as Komolika and later we saw Karan Singh Grover being replaced by Karan Patel as Mr. Bajaj. It was recently reported that even the lead actor Parth Samthaan who Anurag Basu is leaving the show. As per reports in Pinkvilla, Parth Samthaan has decided to opt-out of the show as he wants to focus on his health and other projects. A source close to the entertainment portal said, "Parth wants to now direct his attention towards his health and the other projects he is in talks with. Ekta Kapoor has been trying to persuade Parth into retainment but the actor has expressed his wish to opt-out. The production, in the meantime, has already started to consider actors to step in Parth's shoes but are finding it difficult."
Now, another actor from the show is quitting. We are talking about Sahil Anand who plays Anupam Sengupta is leaving the show. Anupam is Nivedita Basu's husband. As per reports in Spotboye, Parth Samthaan and Sahil Anand have both informed the production house about it. However, the makers have not yet accepted the resignation and are trying to convince both the stars to stay back. Sahil Anand's reason to leave the show is not yet known. However, there is no official announcement made by Parth Samthaan or Sahil Anand. Even the makers have not said anything about this yet.
Talking about the show, Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 has been one of the most loved shows of television. Ekta Kapoor had brought back her iconic show from the past and fans have showered love on this new version of the show as well. Anurag and Prerna's iconic love story is the favourite of many. Earlier, Shweta Tiwari and Cezanne Khan had played Prerna and Anurag. Now, Parth Samthaan and Erica Fernandes have impressed us as Anurag-Prerna.
