Rohit Shetty welcomes people to the finale show of Khatron Ke Khiladi 10. We have two finalists in Karishma Tanna and Dharmesh Yelande. There is space for a third person. Balraj Syal and Karan Patel are fighting for the third spot. The action moves to Bulgaria. Rohit Shetty teases Balraj Syal about how he managed to stay so long on the show. Karan Patel and Balraj Syal get a water-based stunt to qualify for the top three. They have to cut wires under the water and move in a grid. KP does fairly well and completes the stunt. Karishma Tanna congratulates him saying, 'Suu Vaat Che'.

It is Karan Patel who wins the stunt. Rohit Shetty tells him to swear on cutting down his smoking. They bid a tearful adieu to Khatron Ke Khiladi 10. Both of them had been aborting water stunts all through the show. Balraj Syal breaks down in front of Rohit Shetty. He looks damn upset. The show moves to the finale special. There is a special roast session where Rithvik Dhanjani pokes fun at Karan Patel. It is quite a lot of fun. Tejasswi Prakash and Jasmin Bhasin have a roast session in the girls. Karishma Tanna says if I win this season the reason is her mom as she pushed her for the adventure-based stunt show.
In the finale stunt, they will be told to get in water in a car. They have to unlock themselves and go to a jet ski. From there, they have to get on a chopper and get a flare. They have to put it on a ramp and it will burst. It is a long and tough stunt. Karan Patel goes in first. Dharmesh Yelande goes in next. He does it quite well.
Tanna is the last to go in. She says she wants to be a female winner this season. The scene shifts to Mumbai. Dharmesh Yelande gets eliminated as he took a long time. Rohit Shetty says there is only difference of eight seconds between the winner and runners-up. Tanna is the winner of the show.
