The first episode of Khatron Ke Khiladi - Made In India begins with the introduction of the contestants. Nia Sharma, Aly Goni, Karan Patel, Karan Wahi, Rithvik Dhanjani, Jay Bhanushali, Jasmin Bhasin and Haarsh Limbachiyaa are the contestants of this special edition. Farah Khan is the host of the episode and she explains that she is here for one week and Rohit Shetty will take over later. She welcomes the contestants and explains the format of the show. The place where the contestants will perform the stunts is named ZulmCity. She has some fun chat with the contestants. Farah Khan does some really funny stunts with Jasmin Bhasin and Haarsh Limbachiyaa. She then asks Nia who is her toughest competition. Nia takes Rithvik Dhanjani's name. Farah Khan tells the contestants that his season there will not get a fear fanda but the one who wins will get a champion's jacket.
Farah Khan then explains the first stunt which involves a Taxi. The taxi will be 50fts high from the ground. The contestant will be in the driver's seat and they will have to come out of the window of the taxi and collect the flags and key. After collecting the keys the contestant has to go back to the driver's seat and blow the horn. The first stunt will be done by Nia Sharma and Rithvik Dhanjani. Nia Sharma did the stunt first but could not complete it. Rithvik Dhanjani completes the stunt and wins against Nia. The next stunt is done in a scary place. Farah Khan tells them spooky stories and suddenly a man comes from behind scares Jasmin. They all have a fun moment. Farah Khan explains the stunt which involves electric current. Jasmin Bhasin and Karan Wahi compete against each other for the stunt. Jasmin Bhasin completes the stunt and overcomes her fear of electric current. Karan Wahi completes the stunts and wins against Jasmin. The contestants move to the next location.
The contestants have to find Jasmin's phone kept in a dark room. Haarsh and Aly to do the stunt and Aly goes in first. Haarsh Limbachiyaa also completes the stunt well and wins against Aly.
