Popular television actress Ankit Lokhande was seen impressing all with her cooking skills in Laughter Chefs season 2. The show ended on July 27, and Karan Kundrra and Elvish Yadav emerged as the winners. Ankita Lokhande worked together for the first time on a reality show for six months with her husband, Vicky Jain. Rahul Vaidya teamed up with Rubina Dilaik for the show. After Laughter Chefs 2 ended, Ankita spoke about the rumours of her fallout with Rubina.

In an interview, Ankita Lokhande clarified that there was no negativity or issue between them. Speaking with ETimes TV, Ankita has broken her silence about the fallout with Rubina. She said that there was never any issue between them and she said that for problems to exist, there has to be a reason. She also said that she and Rubina never formed a connection. The Pavitra Rishta actress said that the two previously worked for the same channel, but did not bond. Rubina takes time to open up, while Ankita gels quickly with all. Ankita said that she never believed in forcing a connection if Rubina was not entirely comfortable.
Ankita further said, however, after being on this show together, she feels that they have both gotten to know each other on a deeper level, and maybe even developed a mutual understanding. Ankita stated that she now shares a beautiful equation with Rubina and will make an effort to nurture that. Ankita said that she has faced many challenges in life, and the way she is shaping her journey now, with such grace and determination, is inspiring. She said that she wants to absorb some of those qualities.
On the work front, Ankita will next be seen in Sandeep Singh's web series Amrapali. While Rubina will be seen in Pati Patni Aur Panga with husband Abhinav Shukla.
