Mannara Chopra's father Raman Rai Handa passed away on June 16. He was 72 years old and worked as a lawyer at the Delhi High Court. He was married to Kamini Chopra, the paternal aunt of Priyanka Chopra and Parineeti Chopra. The cremation ceremony was held today in Mumbai and Mannara broke down as she bid goodbye to her father. She was with sister Mitali Handa and other family members as they carried Raman Handa's mortal remains.

Mannara and Mitali were seen holding each other and their mother Kamini Chopra. Mannara even insisted on carrying her father's mortal remains herself. Another video is going viral where she is seen crying and folding her hands. She was almost seen fainting while one of her relatives hugged her. Soon, she turned towards Mitali and they both hugged each other.
Mannara and Mitali have been trying to be each other's support during this difficult phase of their life. The ladies have also been supporting their mother and holding her as she needs them the most. This is a big story in entertainment news.

On June 16, Mannara and her family shared a statement about Raman Rai Handa's demise. The statement read, "With profound grief and sorrow, we inform the sad demise of our loving father who left us for his heavenly abode on 16/06/2025. He was the pillar of strength for our family."
Priyanka Chopra had also shared condolence message on her Instagram stories for her Fufa ji. She wrote, "You'll always be in our hearts. Rest easy Raman uncle (fufaji). Om Shanti." Siddharth Chopra wrote, "Will miss you Raman uncle (folded hands emoji)." The Handa and the Chopra families are very close to each other.
