Rakhi Sawant is currently in the news and does not come as a surprise that it is for a controversial reason. Rakhi Sawant now reportedly has an arrest warrant against her. The controversy between Rakhi Sawant and ex-husband Adil Khan Durrani has taken a shocking turn. Earlier, it was Rakhi Sawant who made many serious allegations against Adil Khan. He also went to jail because of the same. Adil spent five months in jail before he was granted bail. Now, the Supreme Court has asked Rakhi Sawant to surrender. There is a case against her for allegedly sharing explicit video involving ex-husband Adil Durrani without his consent.

In an interview with News18, Adil Khan Durrani has now opened up about the case. He revealed that as per the process Rakhi Sawant first applied for anticipatory bail in magistrate court but it was rejected. She then moved to High Court for the same. However, after the High Court rejected the same, she moved to Supreme Court. Now, the Apex Court has also rejected Rakhi Sawant's bail plea and asked her to surrender in four weeks. He also further added that Rakhi Sawant is 'absconding' in Dubai and she will be arrested as soon as she touches India. He added that Rakhi Sawant has multiple cases against her. The actress has also made claims and allegations against Adil including that of cheating and domestic violence.
Rakhi Sawant has yet not commented or responded to the controversy. But she shared a video on her Instagram account stating that she is in Dubai and is enjoying her life. She so far appears to be unfazed by the controversy.
