Jhanak starring Hiba Nawab and Krushal Ahuja is heading for a generation leap and makers will introduce a fresh storyline. The existing lead actors Hiba Nawab, Krushal Ahuja, and Chandni Sharma will bid adieu to the show and makers have roped in new characters who will take forward the plot. Actress Kajal Pisal has reacted to Shakti Arora replacing Krushal Ahuja in the show. She said that she had been hearing a lot of rumours. She also said that it is difficult to choose an actor who would match Krushal's calibre.
In the upcoming track, Twinkle Arora and Riya Sharma will play lead roles in Jhanak post leap. As per a report in India Forums, Twinkle Arora will portray the negative lead. She will be shown as the daughter of Arshi and Anirudh. Her character will be central to all fights in the new storyline post-leap leap with several shades of manipulation, drama and rivalry.

While Riya Sharma will be shown as a positive character. She will be shown as the daughter of Anirudh and Jhanak. Her character will be full of morals, and ideals just like her mother. Well, the dynamic between the two half-sisters from different mothers will create conflict in the storyline post-leap. As per reports, the storyline ahead of the leap will follow a pattern similar to the original concept and will showcase family tension, personal ambition and more.
Moreover, the filming of the new episodes has already begun and the leap will take place soon. As per reports, Arjit Taneja will play the lead role in the show and fans are quite excited for the same.
