Star Plus' upcoming show Ek Bhram - Sarvagun Sampanna is making all the right noises owing to its unique launch strategy. The makers of the show flew down to a 1000-year-old heritage Saas-Bahu temple in Udaipur along with the lead protagonist Janhvi Mittal essayed by Shrenu Parikh. She launched the show at the iconic place. As soon as the show was launched at the Saas Bahu Temple, netizens took the internet by storm and gave a thumbs up to this unusual concept. After creating a buzz with her performance in Ishqbaaaz, Shrenu Parikh now brings to the small screen the one of its kind plot where the lead protagonist is an anti-heroine. The temple is located 23 kms from Udaipur near Nagda. It was built by a mother-in-law and her daughter-in-law. The temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu.
Shrenu Parikh shared the promo of the show which has further generated curiosity amongst the masses to witness her anti-heroine character. In the promo, she features as a daughter-in-law whose perfect bahu avatar is just a facade. In reality, she is plotting the death and disaster of her in-laws. It seems the show is inspired by the happenings at the home of a rich Indian industrialist. The plot is being kept under wraps.
Slated to air from 22nd April, Monday-Friday at 7 pm on Star Plus, Ek Bhram-Sarv Gun Sampanna is directed by Sumit Sodani and produced by Sunny Side Up Films, starring Shrenu Parikh and Zain Imam. Stay tuned to BollywoodLife for more scoops and updates!
