For those who follow the actress on social media, it's known that Jennifer had a sister named Dimple. Dimple, a differently-abled woman, often appeared in Jennifer's social media videos, where her cute antics endeared her to the audience. Jennifer Mistry confirmed the demise of her sister in the media and also stated that she is in utter disbelief.

Speaking to Times Now, TV actress Jennifer Mistry confirmed with a heavy heart that her sister Dimple has left for the heavenly abode. The actress stated that she still cannot believe her sister is no more. She fondly remembers how she and her sister used to talk daily on video calls. In the same report, it is stated that Jennifer's sister was in Jabalpur. Her blood pressure went too low, and she was getting treatment as she had stones in her gall bladder. For the past 10 days, she was admitted to the hospital where she was even kept on a ventilator. The medical expenses incurred in lakhs, after which she was shifted to a government hospital. Over there, Dimple's health started improving. However, on April 13, she started feeling breathless and eventually succumbed to death. Dimple passed away on April 13, 2024. At the time of her death, Jennifer was not in Jabalpur. However, after hearing the news, she immediately flew back to her hometown.
Jennifer recalled that there was a time when her sister's health deteriorated so much that she was unable to recognize anyone's voice. But she used to successfully recognize Jennifer's voice. Dimple was a special needs person; however, Jennifer always stated that she shared one of the closest bonds with her sister. Unfortunately, Jennifer also lost her brother in the year 2022.
