Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is currently one of the most loved shows. Due to the lockdown, the shoots of all of the television shows and films have been stalled and we are getting all the old shows back on television. We are also getting to see the old episodes of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah again and we are not bored of it. This is the only show that one can keep on watching for the whole day. The show has a huge fan-following and is loved by all generations. The show began in 2008 and has not lost its charm yet. All the characters from the show, Jethalal, Daya ben, Tapu, Babitaji, Taarak have a separate fan-base. They are all loved and have become household names. Tapu sena which includes Tapu, Sonu, Goli, Gogi, and Pinku is the kids' favourite. All these child artists have been working in the show for more than 10 years and we have all seen them grow as individuals.

From the little school going Tapu sena to the recent college going young champs, they have impressed us all. Kush Shah who plays Goli in the show has been the favourite as well. Recently, in an interview with the Times Of India, he spoke about how he is now addressed as Goli instead of Kush by his family. He said, "Our life has changed completely. My relatives would call me Kush as a kid but after I started working on the show, they started calling me by my screen name Goli so this goes on to prove how our life has changed. Now, Kush doesn't come first, they address me as Goli. I am very grateful and thankful for the love that the audience has given us."

The rickshaw and taxi drivers refuse to take money or fare from us. Even if we insist they don't take it, which is very sweet of them. They consider us as their family. I feel very grateful."
