As the show went off air, a fan asked him on Twitter about the reason and he had replied, "Because I need to be there at home with my wife to welcome our second baby.” But now it's time for him to get back to work. If the latest reports are anything to go by, the airing date of The Kapil Sharma Show has been fixed.
In a latest report by Telly Chakkar, it has been revealed that The Kapil Sharma Show will go on air once again from July 21. It has been stated that the comedian along with his team started shooting for the episodes of The Kapil Sharma Show from May 15 and the show will be back on the small screen from July 21.Now isn't this an exciting news? In such grim time, with Coronavirus vast spreading, we can all use a little entertainment and laughter to ease off the stress, right? Apart from the comedian, the show also features Bharti Singh, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, and others. On the hot seat is Archana Puran Singh. It is unclear whether the entire cast is making a comeback or there are any changes!
In other news, Kapil Sharma is gearing up to make his digital debut with a Netflix venture. "2020 has been a bumpy ride for everyone around the world and my motive is to make people forget their worries and welcome this new year with love, laughter and positivity. I always wanted to be on Netflix but I didn't have their number," he said in a statement earlier while confirming the collaboration.
