Finally, the trailer of Karan Singh Grover and Surbhi Jyoti's Qubool Hai 2.0 is out. And it looks heavily inspired fro several cross-border Bollywood films. Well, not sure what you guys were expecting, but for us, we thought it would be as interesting and as fun as the hit TV show of the same name. Talking about Qubool Hai 2.0 trailer, we see Surbhi Jyoti and Karan Singh Grover reprising their roles as Zoya Farooqui and Asad Ahmed Khan, however, these are two totally different characters from the TV show produced by Gul Khan. In Qubool Hai 2.0 trailer, we see Karan Singh Grover aka Asad Ahmed Khan playing an Indian agent while Surbhi Jyoti aka Zoya Farooqui playing a Pakistani girl. Fate intervenes and brings Asad and Zoya in front of each other. They seem to fall in love. Qubool Hai 2.0 looks intense solely because of the chemistry between the leads.

After seeing the trailer of Surbhi Jyoti and Karan Singh Grover's Qubool Hai 2.0, we were reminded of Bollywood films such as Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Ek Tha Tiger, Shah Rukh Khan and Preity Zinta starrer Veer Zaara to name a few. There have been several cross-border love stories in Bollywood film and Hindi television. Karan Singh Grover and Surbhi Jyoti's Qubool Hai 2.0 also features Mandira Bedi, Arif Zakaria, Kavita Ghai and Gulfam Khan in lead roles. It is directed by Ankush Mohla and Glen Barretto.

BL Verdict: While the trailer of Qubool Hai 2.0 looks intense, it lacks the intriguing factor as far as the story is concerned.
