Actress Mannara Chopra’s father, Raman Rai Handa, died on June 16 at the age of 72. The actress is in deep sorrow and is completely shattered by the news of her father’s death. She was spotted at the airport, accompanied by her sister Mitali Handa. As per reports, Mannara's father was ill for a long time.

Her sister Mitali was by her side but stepped aside when she saw the camera. Her video has now gone viral on social media as the actress was seen in a devastated state.

Mannara shared the news of her father's passing on social media and wrote, 'We are sad to inform you that our father Raman Rai Handa is no more in this world. He left us on 16 June. He was the strength of our family.'
Mannara Chopra’s father, Raman Rai Handa, last rites performed on June 18 at 1 pm at the Crematorium Ground in Amboli, Andheri West, Mumbai. He worked as a lawyer at the Delhi High Court.
For the unversed, Mannara Chopra, the cousin of Priyanka Chopra, has a strong bond with the actress. Mannara is prominent in South cinema and has worked in many films, including Prema Geema Jantha Nai, Zid, Thikka, Rogue and Sita. She also participated in the reality show Bigg Boss 17, where she emerged as the 2nd runner-up. Mannara has a younger sister named Mitali Handa, who has studied commerce and is a fashion stylist.
